Resignation. This is the hardest decision I've ever made along my professional life.
It's not about the teamwork, the environment or anything regarding human relationship. But all about the reward.
I just never feel that everything I've done on my career whether it's good or very good appreciated by the company. Have been there for 6 years make me difficult to break the chain that tied me so tight with all memories there.

After decided the resignation, thanks GOd, I got another job.

My new office is totally different form the previous one. This is a small media agency. Compare to my old office, the gap is very far.
My old office have a quite sophisticated interior design. But the new one is not. Nothing special. For example, my old office have private billiard table, vending machine, has its own cafe so people can gather on that place when they have a bored situation in front of the desk.
Each division has its own break area, so they don't need to go out also to break their boredom. There is XBox, television, refrigerator, microwave and comfortable sofa also.

But I never regret my decision. It's about my future. It is important for me to know "the world out there". It is important for me to make a new friend. And it is important for my family to make more money :).

The transition is very fast. The one who i replaced only met me about 2 days. It is not a proper handover. But thanks God, I have a very nice team that support me. And always nice to me, so I am easy to conform my self to the new environment.

With the minimal facility I do hope I can maximize my ability to support all of the brand campaign.
And still I love this media agency world. :)
